Hours (Shifts per week):

Shift Pattern:

 

Full time (37.5 hours per week) and part time (22.5 hours per week) available

Morning shift: 7.00am - 3.00pm Afternoon shift: 2.30pm - 10.30pm
(Shifts are on a rotating basis including weekends)

   
Description:
   As a member of the Safeharbour team, support workers are instrumental in providing a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle for the adults Safeharbour supports.
Duties include: providing emotional and personal support and care to enable each individual to achieve their personal potential, to support and participate in social and recreational activities, and a full range of care duties in a sensitive way, this will include personal and intimate care.

Morning shift 7.00a.m. - 3.00p.m Afternoon shift: 2.30p.m. - 10.30p.m (shifts are on a rota basis including weekends)

  Subject to qualifications and experience
Description:
  Duties include: supporting management in all aspects of the home, taking charge, leadership, support, supervision of the team to be a role model, train team members in all aspects of their work to meet the needs of the people who live at Safeharbour, all aspects of personal care, promoting independence.

Essential Skills: Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar environment and QCF Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and QCF Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care (or working towards this qualification).
