Description: |

As a member of the Safeharbour team, support workers are instrumental
in providing a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle for the adults Safeharbour
supports.
Duties include: providing emotional and personal support and care
to enable each individual to achieve their personal potential, to
support and participate in social and recreational activities, and
a full range of care duties in a sensitive way, this will include
personal and intimate care. |

Description: |
Duties include:
working on your own initiative, bringing a creative person centred
approach to this post. Working with individuals; recognising their
diversity and individuality, enhancing independence, offering choice
and empowering their lives. You will assist The Home Manager with
all aspects of the running of the home, its management and responsibility.
This will include staff management such as staff supervision, rota
management and leading Senior and Team meetings. You will also need
to provide leadership for support workers in all areas of their
learning and development.
Essential skills
and qualifications: Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years working
at a senior level supporting individuals with Autism / Learning
Disabilities, experience of managing a team, minimal of NVQIII (QCF)
Qualification in Health and Social Care are essential to this role.
